Must have Master’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 3 months experience in the job offered or in any information technology field.Client locations across U.S. In lieu of Master’s degree and 3 months experience, employer will also accept Master’s degree without any experience. Job Description
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements or new technology implementations.
- Systems Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and propose solutions that align with business requirements, considering factors such as feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and technical requirements to support development, testing, and implementation activities.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and collaborate with users to ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
- Change Management: Support the implementation of new systems or system enhancements by providing training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization within the organization.
