Sr. QA Automation Engineer
Must have Master’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 3 months experience in the job offered or in any information technology field.Client locations across U.S. In lieu of Master’s degree and 3 months experience, employer will also accept Master’s degree without any experience. Employer will accept any other suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience
Job Description
- Data Driven automation experience, preferably in Selenium using an automation framework
- Programming experience with Java/Groovy
- Experience automating testing of API's
- Solid SQL knowledge
- Good understanding of source control tools, like GIT
- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of QA practices (white and black box testing, risk based testing, system testing, regression testing, exploratory testing practices)
- Proven ability to develop and maintain test cases, both manual and automated
- Flexibility to Multitask and Shift Focus as needed
- Willingness to jump in and do what it takes to solve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization
- Willingness to train/mentor new or junior team members
- Ability to work with a majority remote team
- Excellent Relationship building skills
